Очень удобный отель апартаменты (возможны обе формулы). Комфортный двухкомнатный номер с маленькой кухней которой вполне хватает, чтобы сварить утром кашу ребенку. Немного неудачное расположение детской двух-ярусной кровати (напротив туалета) компенсируется наличием раскладываемого дивана в гостиной. Мы укладывали ребенка там. Уборка ежедневно, пока мы катались на лыжах. Практически не видно и не слышно, хотя мы возвращались в гостиницу к обеду.

Не понравилось отношение персонала. Приехали и в ожидании номера заказали еду в ресторане внизу. Спустя минут 30, не меньше (когда холодные закуски были съедены и уже вот вот должны были принести горячее) пришла шумная группа из Португалии или Бразилии или непонятно откуда, но говорившие на португальском. И их стали обслуживать вне очереди, мотивируя свои действия тем, что им нужно выезжать. И это было форменным издевательством. В результате им подали закуски, горячее и десерт, они расплатились и уже после этого вернулись к нам. Все это было с благословления главного менеджера, а точнее менеджерши. Так что сам отель норм, но людишки - так себе.

При заказе было указано что необходим номер для курящих. При выезде с нас взяли 140 € за курение. Так же позиционировался номер как аппартаменты с возможностью приготовления еды, это не так! В ski-room нет сушки и ботинки для катания постоянно были сырыми! Если ты вышел и забыл ключ то зайти обратно большая трудность! Подъезды и подходы к отелю не чистились, из за чего больше 2х часов махали лопатой чтоб уехать в аэропорт! Не отдых а кошмар!

Во-первых, для тех, кто катается - расположение идеально! Ски ин ски аут, ни метра пешком и спуск к быстрым подъемникам. Уютная и стильная зона с камином в холле, превосходный ресторан внизу, что нам даже ни разу не пришлось идти в другой ресторан на ужин.

Ресторан стал ужасным. Завтрак - скудный для 19€ на человека. А вот вечерняя кухня никак не соответствует **** во Франции. Невкусно. Фото картофеля фри приложил. Жаль. В прошлые годы все было вкусно.

Отлично расположен, большие апартаменты, есть выбор: готовить самим или ходить на завтраки и ужины, всё очень достойно. Выезд на гору от отеля и съезд с горы прямо к ski-room. Недалеко рестораны и магазины продуктовые.
