Персонал во всех сферах обслуживания очень отзывчивый, создаётся впечатление, что тебе всегда очень рады. -: Несмотря на свою отзывчивость, персонал отеля не всегда компетентен. В приветственном письме в день заезда было указано, что в стоимость нашего пребывания включён только завтрак, хотя в подтверждении был явно указан полупансион. Звонок на ресепш также подтвердил «breakfast only», пока я не настояла на иной информации в нашей брони. Будьте внимательны и проверяйте подтверждающие документы.Всегда проверяйте чеки, иначе ваш бокал вина за ужином может оказаться бутылочкой гран крю за 150 евро. Мы заметили данную оплошность, и наш счёт исправили, принеся извинения.Самое неприятное постигло нас на выезде. Служащие ресепшна накануне поинтересовались временем нашего чек-аута, и в день отъезда мы позвонили из номера с просьбой спустить наш багаж через 10 минут. Так никого и не дожда Read more

На ужине душно в отеле, нам отказали оплату в долларах номера, меняли по невыгодному курсу на евроНомер, вид с балкона на гору, живая музыка в лобби, вкусный ужин. Расположение у фуникулера и проката, рядом магазины, бутики и рестораны Время проживания: Январь 2018
