+: много раз останавливались примерно в этом районе, смело могу сказать, что один из лучших отелей, особенно по соотношению ценакачество. все комфортно, расположение - супер, отдельное спасибо очень отзывчивым и дружелюбным сотрудникам отеля. отель полностью оправдал и даже превзошел ожидания. в следующий раз будем останавливаться в нем. -: нет

+: аромат спа - точнее хлорки на всех этажах! жесть! -: грязные номера, тёмные и холодные, это максимум 3 звезды. жизнь в нем остановилась - рыба гниет с головы…

+: Первые впечатления были негативные, но за 3 дня мы ко всему привыкли и в принципе все приемлемо. Семейный номер не очень удобен, для центра Парижа, это лучшее что удавалось найти. Завтраки не пробовали. -: Гостиница очень старая, требует обновления. Уборка ежедневная, но есть моменты, который обычная уборка уже не в состоянии устранить. Номер маленький, очень. В сан.узле не приятный запах.

+: Отличное расположение. Новый ремонт, новая сантехника. Хороший завтрак. Тихо в номере. Очень тепло. Радушный персонал ( за исключением одного ). Есть ТВ каналы на русском языке. -: Весь персонал приветлив и радушен, кроме рецепциониста Эрика. Подчеркнуто холоден, отвечает не на поставленный Вами вопрос, все его поведение говорит, что он оказывает Вам одолжение, что это не его работа, не его обязанность. Неприятен. Лишний человек в команде. Вместо нормальных включателейвыключателей света, в номере установлены тумблеры, похожие на старые военные советские тумблеры ( хорошего размера, с острыми гранями, контргайкой ). Я пошел в туалет ночью по малой нужде и в поиске тумблера расцарапал в кровь руку. Завтрак хоть и продекларирован в 06.30, но по факту готовность завтрака лишь в 6.45-7.00. И то не все продукты разложены на столе. Если нужно торопиться в аэропорт, то можете и не позавтракать в 6.30.

+: Отель маленький, но очень хорошо расположен! Что важно - тепло и чисто, хороший завтрак, что скрашивает слишком уж небольшие размеры номеров! Не успели побывать в спа, но в целом, отель понравился, особенно за счет месторасположения. В следующий раз остановимся в нем опять! Отдельное спасибо за номер с балконом!

+: Понравился завтрак и месторасположение ! Обслуживание на завтраке отличное! Завтрак, так же великолепный. Месторасположение очень удобное. -: Самое главное - будьте аккуратны с банковскими картами. После отъезда, через несколько дней, отель пытался с карты снять деньги, хорошо банк заблокировал перевод . Причины - так и остались не ясны. Мы расплатились полностью при выезде. Странный персонал на ресепшене: с трудом можно было получить какую либо консультацию и помощь. Пример: Грязный пододеяльник пришлось заменять самим, персонал его пытался просто перевернуть грязной стороной внутрь, чтоб было не заметно (видимо).
