+: Отель очень комфортный во всех проявлениях. Очень приветливый персонал, удобный трансфер до центра города и до подъемников с лыжной комнатой, сама лыжная комната с высоким уровнем обслуживания, вкусная еда в ресторане отеля. Служба консьержа заблаговременно помогла нам с бронированием ресторанов на весь период отдыха, без брони очень сложно куда то попасть. Ставлю плохую оценку только из-за минусов описанных ниже. -: Во первых во время заселения в номер сломали ручку моего чемодана. А во вторых из моего номера украли новые сережки Dior (бижутерия). Сережки были новые и упакованы в фирменную коробку. В последний день нашего пребывания в отеле коробка пропала! Коробка лежала на столе вместе с другими моими личными вещами и с другими покупками. Я сообщила о краже персоналу отеля, но персонал только разводил руками и говорил, что сделать ничего не может. Они проверили камеры видеонаблюдения и никто с коробкой Dior не выходил из номера). Хороший бассейн, без сильного запаха хлорки с температурой 28 С , вполне комфортно. Есть трансфер в город, добраться можно в любое время. Дают много приятных мелочей- фрукты, вода, игрушки в номере для детей. Отель небольшой, отдых как в коттедже, нам понравилось.

Annabelle, Annabelle et Annabelle менеджер, которая компенсировала многочисленные недостатки остальных. Понравилось также, что можно было ездить в 4 сезона, пользоваться их спа. Хотя, честно говоря, от four seasons ожидали большего. Еще бы им сауну рядом с бассейном построить, тогда хоть как-то можно натянуть на очень хорошо.
