The Montaigne Spa Hotel is located in the center of Cannes, just a 5-minute walk from the Croisette. +: Персонал отеля добродушный -: Вид из окон на внутренний двор крыш домов, внутри двора была стройка с постоянным шумом по утрам. Цена отеля слишком велика.

+: Персонал, местонахождение (2 минуты от жд вокзала, но в очень тихом проулке!) Не широкий, НО качественный выбор еды на завтрак, до набережной 10 минут пешком. Номер большой, Ванна супер! -: Открытая внутренняя терраса под окнами было немного шумно, но после 23:30 стало тихо. Берите этаж повыше!!! Немного дороговато. Почему то В спа-отеле не работала ни сауна, ни хамам,

+: Минусы: Ужасный запах в коридоре на 4 этаже. Воняло сыростью. В номерах грязь. Шторы не стирали никогда вообще. Было брезгливо прикасаться.2 дня на улице пьяные туристы долго о чем то кричали, никто из отеля их не разгонял. В 5 утра начинают ездить под окнами машины и собирать мусор. Очень шумно, если вы спите с открытым окном. Завтраки не плохие, и фрукты и сыры, и Мясо, йогурты. Да ,не 5 звёзд, но все приемлемо. Плюсы: платная парковка 22 евро в сутки. Но в любой момент до 11 вечера вы можете просто отдать ключи на ресепшен, и они сами припаркует в подземном паркинге вашу машину. Самому ее оттуда выгнать не реально. Очень узкий подвал, машину завозят в лифт, и на лифте она поднимается. Если бы этот отель отмыть, придать ему чистоты, то было бы не плохо. А так, 3 звезды- не выше.

+: Персонал на ресепшн. -: Комнаты 109 и 111. Очень изношенные полы, грязные стены. Неудобная твёрдая кровать. Нерабочий кондиционер. Бассейн и спа возможны только на 1 час в день для человека и только по предварительному бронированию. 3 звезды - максимум за отель в том состоянии, в котором он сейчас.

+: Очень хороший отель. Все довольно близко. Большой удобный номер, есть мойка и небольшой разделочный стол с принадлежностями для чаякофе. Отличная кровать и постельное белье. Довольно тихо. -: Неприятный затхлый запах в номере.
