+: Sofitel превзошёл все ожидания! Красивый отель расположен в пешей доступности от порта Марселя. В номере есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Вежливое обслуживание, достойное отеля 5-ти звёзд. Шикарный панорамный вид в ресторане. Отдельное спасибо менеджерам за возможность раннего заселения (без доплаты) и отдельная благодарность за сюрприз, который ждал нас в номере в честь Дня рождения. Это было очень мило и приятно!! С удовольствием выберем этот отель в нашей следующей поездке!!!

+: Отличный отель высокого уровня, очень быстрая и качественная работа персонала, включая Valet-паркинг. Потрясающий вид в обоих ресторанах (7й и 3й этажи). Завтрак был отличный, большой выбор блюд и напитков. -: Из минусов я бы отметил высокие цены отеля. Мы взяли апгрейд комнаты, заплатили за это дополнительно 60 евро (но сэкономили 25 евро за паркинг, он стал бесплтаным после апгрейда). Еда и напитки в ресторане тоже достаточно дорогие, хотя вполне обычные. К примеру, бокал шапанского Rose - 27 EUR.

+: Место. Вид. Ресторан и его кухня. -: Ресторан (или банкетный зал на 7 этаже проводит мероприятия с громкой музыкой до 12: 30 PM. Это плохо, когда 30-40 человек веселятся, а 100- 200 не спят!

+: Отель расположен в очень живописном месте. Здесь Вам и вид на порт, и на город, и на море, и на крепость. В общем, всё, что Вы захотите посетить в течение отдыха можно увидеть заранее с трассы Вашего номера. Персонал приветливый. Раньше положенных 16 часов не заселили, но для меня это не стало проблемой - ожидание скоротали за вкусным обедом и бокалом розе в уютном ресторане при отеле с потрясающим видом. Номер оказался хуже ожиданий - все-таки отель не новый. Халаты недостаточно "пушистые", видно что уже не первой свежести. В целом номер достаточно простой, хотя и ТВ (без русских каналов), и обогревателькондиционер, и хорошая акустика Bose - все это есть!!! Мебель так себе, кровать большая, но матрас неудобный. НО!!! Все минусы перекрываются видом с терассы!!! На это великолепие можно зависать часами!!! Однозначно рекомендую к посещению!!!

+: Вид из окна на порт-это просто открытка!!! Восхитительно! Этот вид и на завтраке, и в баре, и в ресторане! Завтраки отличные! Есть все, что можно себе представить-прекрасный выбор выпечки, фруктов, свежий апельсиновый сок, оладьи, блины, яйца, сыр, овощи и пр.Косметика в номерах Hermès. Халаты, тапочки. Хороший просторный душ.Кофеварка и чайник в номере, бесплатно.Персонал отзывчивый, консьержи очень помогли и с выбором ресторанов, и с такси по городу, и с машиной в другой город!С багажом помогают, двери открывают.Свежие Цветы в лобби, очень красивый дизайн -: Стены в санузле как буто картонные) слышимость в спальне из туалета на 90%(((Обычно в номере бесплатно приветственная вода. Здесь не было. Была только в мини-баре за 6€бут
