+: Местоположение в центре -: Номер крошечный, окна упираются в соседнее здание. Неудобно для путешествующих на машине, так как центр закрыт для проезда. Отель на три звезды.

+: Удобно для отдыха -: В номере в душе емкость для мыла была наполнена на 13. Ощущение, что ты после кого-то пользуешься остатками. В номере предложен чайный набор, но без чашек и ложек. На просьбу дать чашки, дали бумажные стаканчики. Еле выпросили на рецепции нормальные чашки.

+: Красивый отель в центре города. Понравились завтраки, есть местная продукция, что бывает не во всех отелях Нанта. -: В отеле 4 звезды не должно быть вопросов от гостей, почему в номере нет тапочек и почему в ванной комнате вместо стаканов для зубных щёток маленькие бумажные стаканчики, которые, естественно, сразу падают. Про халаты даже не пишу, их нет.

-: По приезду дали совсем не тот номер, который был заявлен. После того как мы возмутились, номер поменяли. Почему сразу не дать то что было запрошено не понимаю!!! Был в отеле два раза, больше скорее всего не вернусь!

+: Единственное достоинство отеля - расположение! Но на машине - очень трудный подъезд. Красивое здание, лестница в холле. -: Соотношение цена-качество неудовлетворительное. Очень маленькие номера, ни халатов, ни тапочек, завтрак скромный и подаётся небрежно.
