+: Хороший отель высокого уровня. Вид на океан - стоит доплаты, свой wallet паркинг - тоже. Самая удобная кровать на моей памяти. Прекрасный открытый бассейн с морской водой. -: В отеле чувствуешь его возраст. Мебель, номера - изношены. В дизайне так же ощущаешь что отель не совсем современный.

+: Отличный бассейн с подогреваемой морской водой. В номерах есть все необходимое для комфортного отдыха. Есть Русские каналы ТВ. -: У друга был юбилей. При заезде спросили: будет ли комплимент от отеля? Ответили, что "да", "конечно". В итоге- не поздравили никак! Первый раз сталкиваемся с таким отношением к клиентам.

+: Хороший завтрак. Хороший бассейн. -: Расположен отель немного на отшибе. До ближайшего магазина идти минут 15. Ресторан в отеле бедное меню, дорого и при этом ещё в счёт включили вино стоимостью 190 евро, вместо 70. В ванне ничего кроме шампуня и геля. Ни зубных щеток ни лосьона для тела, ни бритвы. На ресепшене вообще забыли нам вызвать такси в аэропорт. Там с такси напряжёнка.ждали 20 минут, хотя все было рассчитано.

+: Вид на Бискайский залив.Приветливый персонал. -: Убитый, нафталиновый, затхлый и заплесневелый спа-отель.Везде всё убогое и ветхое. Надо предупреждать гостей, что ремонт не делался десятилетия и это точно не отель 5*!!!Коммуникации, водопровод, кондиционеры старые и шумные. Дурацкий тесный бассейн посредине всего внутреннего двора. СПА комплекс старый и тусклый. Больше не приеду!!!
