+: отель расположен в прекрасном месте, номер был очень маленький , негде было даже раскрыть большой чемодан. персонал оставляет желать лучшего , ни одну просьбу не смогли выполнить, уборка номеров оставляет желать лучшего

-: в отеле идёт ремонт, везде строительные леса, во внутренний двор выйти нельзя, по этой же причине. проснулись утром, в окне строители! почему ни отель , ни Booking не предупреждает потенциальных клиентов о РЕМОНТЕ В ОТЕЛЕ??!!!

+: только локация -: отель настолько стар, что мне кажется в нем летают приведения. номера не реставрировались никогда! очень грязные стены с оторвавшимися обоями . запах в номере настолько ужасен, что наверное здесь кто-то умер и его забыли в этом номере надолго. мы после заселения ушли и постарались придти максимально поздно, чтобы быстрее уснуть, как мы проснулись , быстро собрали вещи и убежали из этого отеля

+: очень красивый атмосферный парижский отель, отличное расположение возле оперы и гран магазинов. В номере удобная кровать, красивые картины и антикварная мебель. вкусный завтрак, спортзал с видом на парижские крыши. -: персонал занят сам собой, мы бронировали 2 номера одинаковой категории, а заселили нас в один номер Делюкс, а второй класс ниже. на завтраке омлет только за дополнительную плату, хотя при такой стоимости, можно было и бесплатно готовить. в отеле проводят реконструкцию фасада и было немного шумно.

+: расположение отеля -: ужасный сервис. Сами заносили свои чемоданы и в отель и в номер. они не оставляют воду в комнате. мини бар пустой, несмотря на то что сумма депозитная была забронирована. когда я спросила почему нет воды в номерах, на ресепшн мне предложили сходить в бар и решить эту проблему самостоятельно
