+: Хорошее расположение -: Душевая, в которой смеситель не работает адекватно, а опалубка не позволяет воде уходить в полной мере. Бесплатный вайфай все время отапливался, а в номерах выше этажами вообще только платный.

-: Нас вселили в номер с забитым унитазом, за два дня никто в номер так и не пришел и не решил эту проблему, хотя мы сообщили персоналу на ресепшене. В номере было ужасно холодно. Третий минус - расположение, рядом не ходят автобусы и трамваи.

+: месторасположение -: были грязные наволочки на подушки и на одеяле большое коричневое пятно которое спрятали под матрас чтобы не было видно. одноразовых тапочек не было,и пришлось ходить по грязной плитке пока не купили свои тапочки. за три дня взяли с нас почти 500 фунтов. думали что хоть комната будет хорошая , оказалось грязная и маленькая. невозможно было спать,то лифт сильно шумел то люди гремели чем-то и очень слышно как кто-то ходит.

+: чистая постель и полотенца, чистый санузел и расположение -: Мы не смогли оставить чемодан до заселения, тк у них не было места, хотя я видела достаточно места для этого.позднее заселение в 16.00, персонал не приветливый.В ванной шампунь закончился в первый же вечер, его просто забыли наполнить перед нашим приездом, в комнате на столе были липкие пятна и на полу тоже.

+: единственное преимущество Даной гостиницы это расположение и в номере тепло , и все -: ( полотенца были грязные ,в ванной плесень , на лампе паутина, в номере Wi-Fi платный , бесплатный только на первом этаже в холе. Заселение очень позднее и выезд раньше …… парковка платная
