+: сама гостиница -: нам заблокировали вечером ключ в номер, тк не досчитались 100 фунтов нашего депозита. Ничего не сказали, не спросили, просто заблокировали ключ, и это 5 звезд????? была очень нам не приятная ситуация

+: Месторасположение, завтраки, ресторан, хорошо работает румсервис -: Плохо убираются номера ( пыльные вазы на столах, пыль на лампах и предметах декора), грязные стеклянные двери в туалете). Очень старые неудобные подушки, грязный ковролин в номерах

+: Ресторан на завтрак, обед -: Уборка номера в конце дня, очень старые и потерявшие форму подушки, расположение кондиционера относительно кровати , абсолютно несъедобная курица при заказе ужина в номер

+: Отличный отель по расположению:очень тихое место рядом со многими достопримечательностями, замечательные завтраки и сервис. Отель уровнем обслуживания выше, чем Ritz в разы. Просто потрясающей красоты спа зона... -: Рядом напротив в доме идёт строительство и с 8.00 начинаются шумные работы, поэтому долго не поспишь).

+: Понравилось исключительно все ! Много раз была в Лондоне , всегда останавливалась в 5* , но первый раз довольна отелем на все 100% . Мы приехали рано и нас без проблем поселили в 11 утра , выезжали поздно и разрешили задержаться в номере до 14:30 ( что большая редкость в Лондоне) завтраки , кровать , номер , чистота , косметика в номере , обслуживание , консьерж- все безупречно . И огромный плюс это расположение !!! В 10 минутах ходьбы все главные достопримечательности . Метро через дорогу и если не охото идти пешком то очень удобно воспользоваться метро чем такси . Спасибо всей команде отеля за то что сделали наш отдых таким приятным и запоминающимся ! -: Каждый раз завтрак считали по-разному . Я была с 2 маленькими детьми и их считали то с 50% скидкой , то по полной стоимости , и иногда в счёт дополнительно включали омлет, а иногда он как бы входил в стоимость завтрака .

+: Удобная локация, наличие гардеробной и удобный санузел, шикарные завтраки, отличное обслуживание в ресторане. -: Если вы хотите не спать ночами, то вам сюда, потому что кровать в номере не выдерживает никакой критики! Отвратительный матрас, после ночи на котором затекает все, болит спина и отваливаются все части тела. Утром вы чувствуете себя как побитая собака!!!! К тому же, нам было заявлено в бронировании кровать king size. Ложь откровенная! Это кинг разве что для одного, вдвоём не развернуться вообще. Ужасное впечатление! Причём у нас был не самый дешёвый номер. Второе - дикий холод в лобби и ресторане. Сидишь, а по ногам такой лютый холодок, что хочется поскорее сбежать, где потеплее. Третье - не сработала моя карта, пришлось идти искать банкомат и снимать наличные.
