+: Место прекрасное. Правда, комары очень агрессивные, но природа перекрыла все минусы. Бар очень хороший. -: Не было ассистента, чтобы перевезти чемоданы. До номера было очень далеко. Не было халатов и тапочек. Завтрак был скудноват.

+: Хороший ежедневный сервис, вкусный завтрак. Красивое оформление внутри и вокруг отеля. -: Долгие коридоры, много ступенек то вверх то вниз. Все как-то далеко и можно заблудиться даже в самом отеле.

Все отлично: удобства в номерах, уборка номеров ежедневная, интернет, фитнес центр, завтраки, гольф, бассейн, спа (только массаж нужно бронировать до приезда, т.к. в первый день приезда уже не смогли забронировать даже на последний день нашего проживания...сказали, что все занято на 6 дней вперед...странно, но факт!). -: Основной минус в вечерних ресторанов в отеле - это обслуживание официантов, не соответствует ценовой категории ресторанов (были в двух -основной и около бассейна). Нам "повезло", нас обслуживала одна и та же официантка (худощавая блондинка). Суп из детского меню ожидали 45 минут, остальные заказы получили так же через 45-50 минут, при загруженности столов 55-65% Не понятно почему, но в тех же ресторанах на завтраках было все превосходно. Основные неудобства только на ужинах. Заказывали ужин в номер, та же история, холодные блюда довезли в номер через час (после звонка с жалобой)...обещали дать какой-то бонус...но так и не дали :)).... Дополнительно: отель за Read more

+: Отель для любителей активного образ жизни, 2 хороших гольф поля, хороший спортзал, спа и бассейн... Отличный сытный завтрак, в хорошую погоду накрывают столы на улице-красота! и вкусный ресторан на ужин. Не далеко от Эдинбурга, вполне подходящий для экскурсий по городу, но с ночевкой на природе -: Окна нашего номера выходили на рабочую зону, разгрузки и погрузки рано утром и даже ночью.. но это как повезет... Мало места для хранения вещей, учитывая направленность отеля особенно!
