+: Тихое, но удобное расположение. Персонал приветливый. В целом, комфортно. -: Кровать, предназначенная для сна двух детей, недостаточно широкая. Очереди на завтрак и на регистрацию.

+: Понравилось отношение персонала, приветливый и отзывчивый Завтрак на 100%, рекомендую В номере есть все что необходимо Тихо, не было слышно соседей (хотя отель был практически полный) -: Очень долго шла регистрация Длинная очередь (с улицы)Паук в ванной Сломался замок, не могли попасть в номер, долго решался вопрос И все это в мой день рождения 😆

+: Чисто, очень хорошая кровать, адекватный ресепшн -: Завтрак посредственный… Ну и вообще, отель остановиться на одну ночь и дальше поехать… этакий мак дональдс в сфере отелей. Фастфуд с четкими стандартами и ожиданиями.поужинать правда мы не смогли - официант не был рад нас видеть - то мы сели не туда, то резерв не тот… в общем пошли в бар напротив

+: персонал отеля выше всяких похвал. Спасибо всем. Приехали на машине, помогли припарковать машину до утра, очень внимательные, завтраки просто супер, были несколько дней и не жаловались на однообразие, относительно чисто, рядом метро и очень тихий район. Не жалею ни на миг о том, что остановились в этом отеле -: в связи с короновирусом, уборка была нерегулярной

+: Расположение, завтрак -: Номер 523, напротив лифта. Шумоизоляция с коридором и соседями плохая. В номере паутина, комплект полотенец и халат с тапочками на одного, второй надо просить, после просьбы принесли только полотенца и тапочки, халат так и не дали.. Взяли депозит при заселении 50 фунтов. Холодильник в номере не работал. На завтрак бываю очереди. Это не 4 звезды, а твердая тройка.

Полотенца были грязные в прямом смысле, 2 больших полотенца были в свежих пятнах. Халат тоже. Не было фена, зубной щетки, шапочки для душа и тд. Нас было двое, а халат и тапочки на 1 персону. Номер не плохой. Но не чисто🙁 Время проживания: Март 2017
