+: Персонал очень дружелюбен. Расположение удобное (за углом Британский музей), рядом метро и супермаркеты. Тихая улочка, мягкие матрасы, чайник, хороший чай, кофе и печеньки в номере. Размер номера достаточно удобный, но не большой. Бесплатное хранение багажа. -: Соотношение цена -качество. Номер очень пошарпаный, побитая мебель, грязноватый ковер, очень старая сантехника. Засор в раковине. Мы попросили нас переселить из номера, в котором засорена раковина, нас любезно переселили, и проблема стока канализации осталась не решённой и в новом номере. Такие старые номера в 2-х звездочных отелях Лондона стоят гораздо дешевле чем 160 фунтов за стандартный номер! Я рассчитывала на больший комфорт в 4-х звездах отеля. Указано на букинге наличие утюга. Утюга в номере нет. Фен был.

Номер был на -1 этаже, поэтому не очень привлекательный вид из окна и слабый wi-fi сигналМесторасположение удобное, легко и быстро можно добраться общественным транспортом, комфортный номер по приемлемой цене, приветливый персонал. Время проживания: Март 2017
