+: Прекрасное расположение Удобно добираться от аэропорта , метро в шаговой доступности Хороший завтрак Внимательный персонал -: Освещение в номере тусклое Не хватало маленького холодильника в номере Не понравилась блокировка карты на 71 евро за что непонятно Если за оплату завтраков, то они стоят по 11,5 фунтов за завтрак У меня было только 2 завтрака Вернется ли разница непонятно Буду проверять счет

+: Метро рядом, торговый центр рядом, есть в отеле свой ресторан. -: Персонал знает 8 языком, а русский не знает, при заселении не излучали доброжелательность, долго искали по компьютеру бронь, не предложили завтрак, при уборке номера не одевали мусорный пакет в ведро, пришлось купить самой, в номере нет холодильника с минибаром, нет ёршика в туалете, доисторический душ и слив унитаза, плохая звукоизоляция номеров, слышно как хлопают двери других постояльцев, отвратительный внутренний двор, номер очень маленький, поэтому если включать кондиционер- дует прямо на кровать, а поскольку окна не открываются - очень душно, из этого хочу сделать общий вывод несоответствие цены и качества( звездность 3-), если бы цена была меньше, то можно было потерпеть.

+: Хорошо. Рядом вокзалы Юстон и Кинг Кросс - очень удобно для путешествий в другие города. Персонал очень отзывчивый и терпеливый (с моим кривым английским было все понятно).
