+: Ничего не понравилось -: Очень старая мебель в номерах, такое ощущение, что в хостеле живешь, а ночь ведь стоила 17 тыс руб!!! В номерах даже банально простой бутилированной воды нет!!! Приехал ночью и попить даже нечего! Карточки доступа в номер постоянно разряжаются - каждый день приходилось заново намагничивать на ресепшине! Абсолютно не понятная политика по завтракам - персонал внятно ничего сказать не мог! Очень шумно в номерах - слышен любой разговор у соседей, а в коридоре любые шаги! Вода в душе воняла тухлятиной!

+: Каждый раз, приезжая в Лондон, останавливаюсь здесь. Один большой решающий фактор для меня - превосходное месторасположение (в самом центре, метро, магазины, кафе, парк, продуктовые, галереи - всего не перечислить, все рядом). Удобно тем, что не надо выходить из отеля рано утром, с возможностью вернуться только поздно вечером. Расположение такое, что можно вернуться в любое время (оставить покупки, передохнуть или переодеться) и выходя из дверей - снова в самом сердце. Отличный сытный завтрак!!! -: Весь дизайн outdated, но месторасположение побеждает все остальные факторы. Цена-качество, конечно с растущим курсом фунта цена все более кусается.

+: Понравился персонал. Отзывчивый, дружелюбный. Отличное месторасположение. -: Отель точно не 4 звезды. Три и это с натяжкой. Ни тапочек, ни халатов, ни фена. Пыль в шкафу на полке и соответсвенно потом на вещах. Отель очень поюзанный, очень. Цена явно завышена для такого отеля.
