+: Очень уютный, чистый номер, очень хорошая звукоизоляция , на такси до терминала десять минут. -: Недостатков я не заметил, разве что дороговато.

+: Всё было прекрасно! Отель не далеко от аэропорта, добрались до него быстро, номер большой и чистый. Были одну ночь, потому что был вечерний прилёт и не хотелось ехать в центр Лондона с чемоданами на метро в вечернее время. Прекрасно отдохнули после перелёта. Кровать очень удобная. Завтрак разнообразный и вкусный! -: Слив в раковине был затруднён.

+: Близость к аэропорту. -: Застиранное постельное белье и полотенца ( в дырках).Номер бронировали с доп. спальным местом для ребёнка - кровать не была готова. Попросили на ресепшене застелить, через пол часа застелили простынь, а подушки и одеяла бросили на кровать в чемоданах - мол сами застилайте. Полотенце третье не дали. Тапочек в номере нет. Номер требует реновации - обшарпанный. За 14,5 т.р. в сутки для четверки **** минусов многовато как-то :(

+: Очень доброжелательный и внимательный персонал отеля. Потрясающая звукоизоляция. Удобное место расположения отеля, всего три минуты пешком до станции метро. В следующий раз снова выберу этот отель.

-: Это конечно не вина отеля, но!если у Вас есть время, и Вы хотите погулять в центре, то не советую возвращаться после 21-00. Добираться будете на метро больше часу! Мы были проездом 2 дня, и все два дня уезжали из центра в 22-30, а приезжали в отель после 24 ! Не все поезда метро ходят в эту сторону в такое позднее время. А теперь о завтраках в отеле. Они не плохие, но и не отличные. Но ужас, какие грязные столы! Официанты не хотят протирать их, и убирать посуду. Скопище грязной посуды на всех столах, и даже когда народу на завтраке немного. Вообщем персонала на обслуживание клиентов на завтраках отель выделил много, но убираться никто не хочет.
