+: Учитывая массу различных отзывов, отель был выбран по двум критериям - возможность отмены с суммой штрафа в одну ночь и расположение в Кенгсингтоне (это наш 3-й визит в Лондон, хотели погулять именно по этому и прилегающим районам). Завтраки представляют с собой "английский завтрак" без ограничений. Стандартный набор - глазунья, сосиски, помидоры, бобы, бекон. Небольшой выбор сыровколбас, НЕвкусный кофе. Могут приготовить скрембл. -: Отель довольно большой, если не повезем, можете простоять в ожидании регистрации час-другой. Номер "чистый", но в шкафу были упаковки оставленные предыдущими жильцами. Прожили неделю, один день без мыла, на второй закончился и гель для душа, на третий вместо 5 полотенец, оставили 3, на четвертый и вовсе два, а в душе скользко и как выходить на кафель без подстилки - не ясно. При этом я каждый день оставлял 2 фунта на чай. Не помогает :) Вишенкой на торте стал жирный рыжий таракан бегающий по стене над нашими креслами в лобби. Вообщем, конечно же, Read more

+: хорошее местоположение -: самая ужасная кровать и подушки,выспаться не получилось . Номер был оплачен и забронирован с 2 отдельными кроватями, но гостиница предоставила номер с 1 кроватью

+: Из хорошего было только местоположение , рядом с метро. и вкусный завтрак 🍳 -: за такие деньги ожидали большего. в номере не было даже тапочек. вид из окна (приложу фото) отбивал весь аппетит ну и в номере негде было развернуться , диико маленький

+: Хороший завтрак -: Через окно вид ужасный- окурки, задигалки и разный мусор валялся. В комоде старые кульки. Включено СПА но не было в номере тапочек и халатов. Запах в номере не хороший.
