+: Прекрасный персонал. Прекрасный отель, лучший из всех что я встречала в Англии. Чисто и все располагает к тому, чтобы расслабиться и не о чем и думать. Центр города в 10-15 минут ходьбы, но окрестности приятные для прогулки. На завтраке чувствовали себя как в ресторане, отличный сервис, хороший кофе и вкусная выпечка. -: не хватило времени попробовать SPA. Надеемся вернуться, чтобы наверстать упущенное.

+: Отличный номер. Красивая кровать с балдахином окунает в старое время. Очень хорошая идея с возможностью передвигать телевизор в место, где удобнее смотреть. Весьма вежливый, но, в то же время, не докучающий персонал. Парк перед отелем супер, как в сказке. Старые деревья, фонтаны!!! -: Понравилось всё!!!!

+: Красивое здание в большом зеленом парке. Роскошный интерьер. Удобный номер с большой мягкой кроватью. Хороший ресторан. Бассейн с горячей минеральной водой, сауна, паровая баня - прекрасны. Быстрый надежный интернет. -: Слишком ненавязчивый сервис - в отеле явная нехватка персонала. До ресепшн, ресторана и спа не дозвониться, на завтраке медленно обслуживают. До центра с кафе и магазинами 20 мин пешком.
