+: место размещения -: все время пытались доснять деньги за номера , больше чем было указанно в Букинге, сначала во время заселения - это заняло два часа разбирательств , потом с извинениями , и после пересчета в ручную , сославшись на то , что слетела программа нас все таки заселили по старой цене потом пытались снять деньги при выезде . и опять мы чуть не опоздали в аэропорт , перед нами извинились и сказали , что это ошибка но какого же было мое удивление , когда через два дня отель таки снял 1 700 фунтов с карты без ведома . сейчас идёт разбирательство банка и отеля , поскольку нет подписанных чеков шансы вернуть деньги высокие . но кто компенсирует потраченное время

-: при заезде в отель на стойке регистрации нам сказали, что номер еще не готов это было 14-00 и на вопрос, когда он будет готов сказали, что позвонят на телефон и сообщат об этом, но так никто и не позвонил это раз и мало того, когда я сказала о том, что на сайте указано время заселения в номер 15-00 персонал пожал плечами и ответил, что уборщица не справляется и не успевает убирать номера, что было очень странно для отеля такого уровня. И более того был оплачем номер с завтраком, на что было сказано, что они этого не видят в системе, попросили подтверждение и обещали разобраться позже, что так же не было сделано со стороны персонала отеля, пока мы не позвонили на booking.com с просьбой разобраться с этим , только после этого вопрос с завтраком был решен. В общем персонал в этом отеле при регистрации не соответствует ожиданиям и уборка в номере тоже не особо.

+: Отличное расположение, красивое старинное здание, большие и чистые номера. Большая и удобная кровать. И ещё у нас был красивый вид на Парламент и Биг-Бэн (но он на реставрации до 2020 года), брали такой номер из-за моего Д.р. Но в номере немного прохладно и чуть сыро. Друзья сказали, что это такая особенность всех зданий в Лондоне. -: Довольно дорого

+: Красиво, удобно, местоположение! -: Персонал далеко не всегда расторопный. На входе с улицы не было портье, который помог бы с чемоданами. Причем была бы не проблема и самой занести, только вот на 5 мес беременности тащить по ступенькам чемодан как-то было тяжко. Я бронировала номер с предоплаченным завтраком. При заселении это пришлось доказывать, они разбирались минут 15 что и как, в итоге оплаченный завтрак подтвердили. Но! Когда я пришла на завтрак, то мне выставили счет! Опять пришлось объяснять что все предоплачено, поверили на слово. За всякие неудобства при заселении пообещали мне комплемент от отеля, который несли 2 часа, и то после напоминания 🙈 учитывая что стоимость моего номера с завтраком за сутки была 350 евро, то хотелось бы более расторопное обслуживание.

+: Расположен на набережной с видом на Биг Бен и Око. В номере были комплементарные фрукты и вино, удобный матрас и подушки -: Бронировали номер ради вида из окна, в итоге маленькое высокое окно в старой раме и под ним какое-то уродливое сооружение типо карниза. В 8.30 к нам зачем то ввалилась горничная и разбудила. На зеркале в ванной разводы и волосы(( При расчете сняли лишние 7,5 фунтов и так не смогли объяснить за что..
