+: Отель хороший, новый, чистый, тихий Расположение замечательное. -: При заезде мы попросили разбить счёт на 2 карты, в результате, у нас сняли двойную оплату 1367 фунтов у меня и 2634 у мужа, вместо 2200. За 5 дней! Менеджер извинилась и сказала, что деньги вернутся в течении 3-5 дней. Обязательно! Мы ей, конечно, не поверили, в день отъезда - это было через 5 дней, ещё раз задали ей вопрос о деньгах, ответ был такой же. Через 3-5 дней. Через 2 недели написала в отель через booking сообщение. Ну, конечно же, никто не ответил. Пришёл месяц - денег нет. Мне даже интересно, если ли бы у девушки, которая нас обслуживала и убеждала, что деньги обязательно вернутся, были сняты 2000 фунтов и не возвращены, чтобы она делала? Чтобы избежать случаев невозврата депозита, я всегда даю наличные, здесь же даже не предупредили, что депозит включён в счет. Будьте готовы к финансовым проблемам.

+: завтрак скудный,два вида сыра,ветчина и булки,=35 евро,омлет или гренка-за дополнительную плату -: Отель не соответствует категории! с натяжкой -3 звезды...кровати маленькие,в номере тесно ,для двоих нет места синтетические жаркие одеяла,с запахом плесени, комнаты нет возможности проветрить, окна не открываются, только кондиционер( с грязными фильтрами,пыль и черная паутина) несколько раз обращались к работникам с жалобами ( отсутствия в номере чистых полотенец,уборки,пополнения ванных принадлежностей,капсул и т .д....) хамства официантки,руководство отеля все игнорировало.ОТДЫХ БЫЛ ИСПОРЧЕН! но ВСЮ СУММУ сняли еще до заезда в отель

Блокируют на карте по 100 фунтов за каждый день пребывания. Мы были 5 дней. При расчете не выдали счет за проживание. В итого из этих 500 фунтов удержали 360 - за что непонятно. Разбираемся.Круасаны Время проживания: Май 2018

Не было халатов, тапочек в номере. Завтрак скромный и дорогой. Вокруг отеля много кафе, ресторанов, где можно позавтракать, но не в субботу в 8 утра.Современный стильный дизайн номеров и холла, относительно большой размер номера - не совсем характерно для отелей в центре Лондона. Но нам это очень понравилось. Пили чай с пирожными в чайной зоне, там тихо-спокойно и можно поговорить с комфортом. Время проживания: Июнь 2017

1. По телевизору нет спортивных каналов. Игру Манчестера смотрел по лэптопу. 2. Довольно дорого - цена номера 250 фунтов в мае, а в июле подняли до 325 (собираемся еще раз остановиться).Понравилось всё! 1.Расположение идеальное. 5 мин пешком до метро, галереи, супермаркета. Рядом много ресторанов, кафе и театров. 2. Менеджеры активно помогают и знают ответы на все вопросы. Если не знают, через интернет узнают и помогают. 3.Про завтраки не знаем, завтрак не входит в цену номера, но можно купить в супермаркете всё что хочется и прекрасно позавтракать в номере. 4.Номер №536. Окно большое чистое во двор. Комната 20м2. Всё работает, новая мебель и техника. Современная ванная комната со всем необходимым. Время проживания: Май 2017
