+: В отеле понравилось все, вкусные завтраки, отличный фитнес и хороший бассейн, идеальная уборка номеров. Вопроса где остановится в следующий раз не возникает. -: Изначально попался не правильный для меня человек на ресепшн, поселил в номере практически под землей в метро и не захотел брать купюры старого образца для депозита, во всех других местах их принимают без проблем до 30 сентября 2022. Ситуацию спас другой менеджер Prem Kochman, по моей просьбе произвёл замену на отличный номер и объяснил ситуацию по старым купюрам!!!

+: Отличный отель в классическом стиле и классическим сервисом в центре Лондона. Приятные и уютные номера, особенно те, которые побольше. Всем доволен. Дорого. Но что делать. Иначе будете жить в номере с душем посреди кровати. -: Всегда бесят двери в туалет, которые не изолируют тебя от номера))) И здесь еще не худший вариант.

+: Отель просто чудесный, все началось так сказать с порога, прекрасный швейцар в бордовом твидовом пальто, быстрый чек ин, абгрейт номера на категорию выше, в связи с моим днём рождения, бутылка шампанского, торт и Фрукты. Было очень приятно)) чудесные завтраки, шикарный интерьер, близость ко всем нужным туристу объектам. Если Вы хотите уикенд в Лондоне на 5 баллов Вам однозначно сюда! -: Такого нет

+: Прекрасные завтраки. -: Решили заселиться в этом отеле вместо привычного Lanesborough. В итоге, нас разместили в самом дальнем крыле в номере для гномов, даже тапки были 34 размера. Добирались к номеру посредством двух лифтов..чему были «несказанно рады».

+: Великолепное расположение-близко к парку. Идеальное место для утренней пробежки. Район безопасный, до всех достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком, особенно если любите пешие прогулки. Персонал замечательный, услуги такси рядом с отелем. Персонал всегда поможет с этим. Отель очень красивый -: Отель прекрасный. Единственное - это момент цены. Лучше звонить и заказывать напрямую.
