-: я заплатила за свой номер наличными плюс они удержали депозит ( это ок везде так) но потом я заметила что они удержали с карты где то 3000 фунтов но за что не понятно. написала письмо до сих пор нет ответа

+: Большой, чистый и уютный номер! Очень вкусные завтраки. Персонал был очень приветливым и доброжелательным. Уборка была быстрой и очень качественной. -: На мой взгляд, матрасы были слишком мягкими, спать было не совсем комфортно.
