+: The convenient location and the friendly staff.Hard to find the entrance, but a staff was waiting for me in front of the building.The room was spacious.

-: No flat sheet on bed!!!No peep hole on the door.Only one key on the door, no chain.No 'Do not disturbClean the room' sign.No additional bottles of water for three nights.I said "No cleaning." after the first night, but no cleaning after the second and the third night, either.

+: rooms, beds, sheets and blankets were very clean and comfortable, they cleaned our rooms everyday. the ground floor of the hotel is a supermarket which sells different foods and drinks as well. the rooms are spacious enough. we liked the balcony so much

-: it could be much better if there was some cooking stuff and also a trash bin in rooms
