-: the beds are very uncomfortable. the room itself begs for an upgrade. the only window in the room is to nowhere. There was no water in the room, the employee had to be called. when the water came on, all the water from the bathtub ran onto the floor.

+: - znośne śniadania ( przydało by się aby dania które maja być ciepłe były podgrzane) - bliskość do kultowej w Kutaisi restauracji ( na rogu budynku) - dobra lokalizacja, blisko centrum

-: - zamówiliśmy transfer z lotniska, niestety recepcja nie zorganizowała go ( w ramach przeprosin chłopak z recepcji przyniósł butelkę wina) - niewygodne łóżka, sprężyny wbijały się w plecy - w łazience duża wanna, brak korka Ogólnie Hotel w środku już lekko podstarzały, ale cena adekwatna do poziomu.
