+: The location. As its close to main attractions.

-: It was a real disaster as we were fooled all day long until late at night that the AC would work, but it only functioned intermittently. We proposed that we would take a refund and go to another place, but they refused, insisting they would fix it. Staying in such hot weather with a non-functional AC was a challenge. At night, another staff member came, and although she also tried to resolve the issue, after many requests, they gave us a room with a local split AC that took a couple of hours to cool. We managed to sleep for a few hours. They gave us a complimentary fruit plate to apologize. But, trust me, any kind of apology is unacceptable when you have ruined the holiday.

+: Location is excellent, few minute each old Tbilisi Centre. Appreciate the balcony can stay balcony watch people passing by and enjoy street view. Room smaller the my expectation, but sufficient to lay two huge luggage. Staff is friendly and helpful. Appreciate has inner elevator easy shift luggage to room. WiFi and cleanliness were good.

-: Air-conditioning system auto off during sleep midnight. Remote control unfriendly use, spent sometime to turn on air-conditioning.

+: Central location, very convenient and great view from the window.

-: A bit noisy if you room is facing the river and the street
