+: La habitación era grande, tenía un balcón enorme y la cama era muy cómoda. Todo estaba muy limpio. El desayuno muy bueno, tenía de todo. Las vistas impresionantes.

-: Nos quedamos sin agua y no nos dijeron nada. Había un poco falta de comunicación. Además, el camino para llegar está bastante mal. Deberían arreglarlo.

+: We loved the view, the location, the staff and the breakfast was excellent.

-: The contact phone number is not updated on booking.com. We arrived closer to 11:00 pm and tried to call and it was an incorrect number. We notified that we were coming late and no one was there to greet us. I found the correct number on Facebook and had the local driver call on our behalf. Then an employee of the hotel came and checked us in. Please update your contact information.

-: Disappointing ExperienceWe recently stayed at Alpenhaus Kazbegi Hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with our room booking. We had reserved two rooms specifically requesting mountain views. However, upon arrival, we were given two different rooms without any view of the mount Kazbeg.When we brought this issue to the staff's attention, they informed us that the second room had already been assigned to another guest, despite it being part of our initial reservation. This was quite perplexing and frustrating, as we couldn't understand how our confirmed booking could be compromised in this manner.The staff's response to our concern was equally disheartening. Instead of offering a suitable resolution or an apology, they simply stated that if we were not interested in the rooms provided, we could seek accommodations elsewhere. This was especially distressing given that we were traveling with infants, and such disregard for our reservation was highly inconvenient and unprofessional.Overall, our experience at Alpenhaus fell far short of our expectations. While the location and general amenities were satisfactory, the mishandling of our reservation and the lack of empathy from the staff left a lasting negative impression. We hope that the hotel management addresses these issues to ensure a more reliable and customer-focused experience for future guests.
