Tours and prices for holidays at the hotel Alpina 3* 2025-2026 Georgia, Gudauri

+: Hi we have booked Alpina Hotel, It took the reservation.But this hotel is not operate any more. I have transferred to different hotel that is not satisfied me. I dont understand why booking.com take reservation for closed hotel. this is cheating the customers.

+: Our room was renovated and clean although a few things such as hangers that had come off could have been put back on. The ski room could also be bigger and include a drying room. The hotel tap water is drinkable and of very good quality. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel served pretty good food but the waiting time was long. The hotel is very suitable for skiers. The ski lift is right next to the hotel. But if you want to have a party in the town centre you have to pay for a taxi ride to the centre and back It costs about 26 Lari. But close to the hotel, about 400-500 m, there is a very good restaurant Ati Ambavi with great food and flavours and live music.

+: Nina was amazing, from answering all our inquiries even before we arrived to catering to our requests during our stay. Super helpful and welcoming! As for the location, the view is amazing, however, for beginners like me, you need to travel by car about 5min to reach the ski lifts. The hotel rooms are okay but in our 5 days stay, nobody came to clean, though we probably should inform reception to request, not really sure how it work.Food is okay, loved the spring rolls and sausages but I wish they were kept warm. Overall, enjoyed our stay and would consider staying there again if we go back to Gudauri.

+: The location is ideal for skiing in and out! The hotel is situated in a quiet corner of New Gudauri, away from the heavy truck traffic on the main road and the loud music . We enjoyed the sundowns on the nice terrace. Nina is an extra friendly and helpful manager of the hotel! Our family room was large enough and clean and the shower in the bathroom works very well ! Thanks to a fire stick you can choose from a huge variety of TV programs and music.

-: Breakfast was scheduled to be available starting at 8 am , but several times only part of the buffet was ready. The ski depot needs refurbishment!
