-: El pago, el alojamiento no se aseguró que la habitación se había pagado cuando yo había puesto mi tarjeta en la reserva y pensé que se había cobrado, hice mi check out y me llamaron luego de que fuese a pagar porque no habían hecho el cobro. Creo que la ciudad en general tiene un problema severo con el tema de pago con tarjeta en el área de hoteles, es súper importante para un turista poder tener acceso al pago en tarjeta sobre todo si reservas a través de una plataforma online. Por otro lado nos hicieron esperar a que revisaran la habitación antes de irnos por si habíamos consumido algo del minibar , menos mal que tomé una foto del minibar antes de irme porque la camarera llamó a recepción Diciendo que nos habíamos comido una bolsa de chips y era mentira, no se con que objetivo pero así fue.

+: One of the nicest boutique hotels I've stayed at. The hotel is wonderful, very friendly and helpful staff. The location is great close to a lot of sights and attractions as well as bars and restaurants. The view from the room was stunning, I highly recommend booking a room with a balcony. Beds were super comfortable as well. The room was very clean, it had everything we need, they even left a complimentary bottle of wine which I thought was very thoughtful. Breakfast was great, lots of options and they were changing it everyday so it was not repetitive at all. All in all wonderful experience and stay.

+: 酒店非常干净，每天打扫，且夏天永远有舒适的空调。刚刚开始不适应酒店在非常高的坡上，但是后面开始喜欢，酒店小阳台有很好的景色，早上直接可以轻松到后山看城市远景。另外酒店距离繁华老城各个经典和吃饭地方很方便 基本在500米以内，但是非常安静。再说说早餐，太丰富了，虽然咖啡是普通的美式，但是配合丰富的水果，蔬菜，各种芝士，果干，太完美。下次来一定继续选择这里。

-: 我因为住四楼，洗澡水水压略小，且需要开一阵才有热水，但是没有大影响。

+: Personnel très aimable, délicieux petit déjeuner, on reçoit même une bouteille de vin offerte dans la chambre. Situation très calme.

-: Nos chambres au rez-de-chaussée étaient un peu sombres

+: Kahvaltı iyi sayılır. Otel ve oda tasarımları ve manzarası çok güzel...

-: Yatak iyi sayılmaz ne yazık ki tek hayal kırıklığı o oldu. Yumuşak olmamalı yatak...

+: Very comfortable bed, nice staff, cosy breakfast cafe area. We were given an upgrade on arrival, very nice!
