+: From Antika hotel's location, one can easily get to the old city of Batumi and to the Holy Mother Virgin Nativity Cathedral. This place has a good connection to the public transport stops and also, you can get to Batumi Central Park, Batumi Boulevard and other sites or Black Sea beach by foot in 15-20 minutes. The team was incredibly welcoming and responsive, the room was clean and the food at Kalakuri restaurant was delicious. Anri is a great host. 👍🏻

+: The son of the owner speaks very good english and he assisted us in the transport around Batumi. He and his parents were very helpful. We had a very good lunch in their restaurant next to the hotel. Overall we were very much satisfied.
-: The door of the bathroom did not close. The stairs to the 2nd floor for our room.
