+: We were able to book the room 15min before our arrival

-: There is no any soundproofing. The hotel is very close to the noisy road, and all night whenever car is approaching you will hear it as you are outside. And the hotel even doesn't offer earplugsMaintenance is also poor. Don't know why, but it was a challenge to get cold water from a tap (all valve positions gave hot water)
