+: Hotel is locating in old Batumi, near famous place Piazza, windows in the room were small but it has perfect view. So many Turkish restaurants next to hotel offering good breakfast. 10 minutes walk to everywhere- to the Batumi boulevard, to city center , to bus stations - from where you can go to kvariati beach, botanical garden.etc. Wifi is good,
-: Shower section in the bathroom is open and water spills to everywhere. No water bottles in the room. One kettle ,one iron, one hair dryer in the hotel for all rooms .

+: first of all got completly wrong room, instead of double bed they let me in 2 sinhle bed room, the bathroom was not clean, with hair everywhere,
