+: Room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Mezzanine was a good use of space. No guard rail though and would have been concerned if kids were younger. Location next to the river and near the park is excellent. View of the waterfall from the balcony is pretty great. Sound of rushing water is lovely.
-: We were on the 4th and there is no lift. Staff did carry the luggage up to the room though.
