+: Приветливый персонал, чудесная хозяйка! Можно с животными, мы были с котом. Соотношение цена-качество на уровне. Хороший завтрак. -: Это даже не то чтобы минус, так рекомендации для хозяйки: не хватает одноразовых тапочек в номере. И небольшого ремонтаобновления в номерах.

+: Отзывчивый персонал. -: 1,5 суток не было горячей воды. Не удобное время завтраков 9:00-11:00. Т.е. если планируешь поездку за город, то с завтраком пролетаешь (персоналом были предложены бутерброды). В номерах необходимо сделать ремонт: двери, потолок, стены.

+: Абсолютно все. Авторский интерьер - очень уютно, чисто. Отдельное огромное спасибо персоналу - приехали очень рано и сразу же заселили, все очень душевные и отзывчивые. Будем ещё раз в Тбилиси, обязательно остановимся только в этом отеле.
