+: Bardzo ładny hotel, dobra lokalizacja wypadowa do atrakcji. Śniadania w formie bufetu, bardzo duży wybór, na tarasie na dachu z widokiem na stare centrum Tbilisi (taras zadaszony z klimatyzacją).

-: Jeden z pokoi jaki pierwotnie otrzymaliśmy był przesiąknięty nieprzyjemną wonią papierosowego dymu. Na szczęście udało się zamienić na pokój dla niepalących.

+: Modernes Hotel in guter Lage - Zentrum und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Gleichzeitig hat man aber seine Ruhe. Zimmer modern eingerichtet. Frühstück in Ordnung. Allerding nur eine Sorte Brot (Weissbrot). Balkone sind eher ein Austritt ohne Stühle. Man hat jedoch einen tollen Blick auf den Fluss Kura, die Altstadt und die Zahnradbahn, die den Stadtberg erklimmt (oben Freizeitpark, Restaurant).

-: Der Chef-Rezeptionist war recht unfreundlich: beim Checkin keine Begrüssung. Er schaute nur kurz von seinem Handy auf und sagte "Passport please", Meine Fragen beantwortete er nicht, sondern zeigte nur auf Infofafeln. Meine Begrüssung bei Rückkehr ins Hotel erwiderte er selten. Wenn ich etwas zu reklamieren hatte bestritt er das, wurde einmal sogar laut. Ich hatte mehrmals darum gebeten, die Vorhänge in meinem ersten Zimmer, die sich nur bis zur Hälfte hochziehen liessen, zu reparieren.Im zweiten Zimmer gabs warmes Wasser nur am Waschbecken. Geduscht habe ich lieber mit einer vorher abgefüllten Wasserflasche als mich ein weiteres Mal mit dem Herrn auseinanderzusetzen. Beim Checkout kein Dank und keine guten Wünsche für die Rückreise. Ich ging ihm wohl schlichtweg auf die Nerven. Das kannte ich aus anderen Hotels so bisher nicht.
