+: Great, big and clean swimming pool and breakfast included in the room price. Good location, walking distance from the sea in the quiet neighbourhood. Good AC in the room.
-: Constant bad smell in the bathroom, lack of kitchen equipment, Wi-Fi did not work. The building and the rooms seem pretty new and look really modern on the first glance... but after 5 mins you start noticing the details, which means total lack of attention to details... small but annoying things... missing bulbs and lamps, stains on the floor, loose furniture, to small curtains, wi-fi not working, loose cables in the walls, emergency stairs wide open but unfinished (beware if you have small kids, they would fall and die if they stepped in). There is no way of communicating in English, I guess the hotel is expecting mainly Russian speaking guests, we felt like aliens a bit... :-)
