+: The location was the best part heart of the old town next to the forestbotanical garden

-: the rooms were old and shabby, peeling back of the beds, old and tired looking bathrooms and balconies. Staff was not properly trained, made a lot of errors in our orders and bills Lot of them did not understand english

+: In the summer, the view is breathtaking, the ambiance is refreshing, and I regard it as an exceptional resort. Numerous services are available in the vicinity. I discovered bakeries, grocery stores, traditional Georgian cuisine, and halal restaurants. Additionally, the hotel is situated in close proximity to a park and a children's play area. Gogi, the receptionist, was exceedingly accommodating and extended us several offers. I am satisfied with this experience and would recommend it to anyone. Many Arabs were present at the hotel today.

-: Personal tools such as toothbrush, comb, etc. were not available

-: The staff needs more training and language skills. The massage at the spa wasn’t great. Housekeeping is not to the standard, they didn’t refill the watertea we had to call. They knocked the door when it was on do not disturb. The room furniturecarpets needs changing.
