+: location was good but not expected

-: As mentioned royal city there was nothing such. facilities were too poor. 4 star is not worth it at all.no supplynof toilette and no tea bags and even kitchen bar was not available.I booked pick up facility as well but no one arrived.Took a taxi and came to hotel.
