+: Amazing staff who are very friendly, my flight came early morning so they helped me by booking an airport shuttle. The location is super convenient, 10s of restaurants, close to several major sight seeing locations, and shopping options. Their breakfast was also quiet good. Overall enjoyed my stay!
-: It was a bit difficult to figure out the hot water situation at first and had to tinker a bit, maybe some instructions being included in the roombathroom would be helpful!
