+: Nulla se non la capacità del gestore di non ascoltare le mie rimostranze per il servizio poco corretto. Almeno ha prenotato il taxi.

-: Prenotare una struttura con determinate caratteristiche (centralità e reception) per poi scoprire che la struttura prenotata il giorno prima e pubblicizzata su booking secondo il gestore è in ristrutturazione e , quindi , non accessibile. Ancora siamo stati spostati in una casa (non un albergo). Non sono riuscito a dormire per via delle conversazioni tra gestore e alcuni ospiti. Ho dovuto far presente che le stanze non erano insonorizzate e che facevano casino. Ancora non sono riuscito a dormire poichè mi sono grattato tutta la notte (immaginatevi la pulizia della biancheria). Caldamente sconsigliato Edemi ed Edemi Castle. Sono gli stessi gestori.

-: Hotel jest zamknięty na remont!!! Dżwi zamknięte i obszarpane.Zadzwoniłam i nikt nie odebrał.Właściciel oddzwonil po 30-40 minutach,gdy ja już miałam inny hotel.Poprosiłam o bezpłatne odwołanie. Napisał że nie nocowałam.
