+: Location is good, almost you are in the center where most attractions can be reached by walking, the hotel has 1 left (elevator) i didn’t try the breakfast but i have been once to check it looks fine but no much options for Halal food, the rooms have AC and No teacoffee sugar, no plates or forksknife,

-: Too much smoking smell at the main entrance, and no direct stop in front of the hotel due to restricted road lone for authorities, taxi has to stop other side you you have to cross the road through the subway
