+: Staff, cleanliness, location - three parts of the place to admit. The hotel is located near the beach, the pool is great and you can find some good food spots nearby.
-: Breakfast was poor, Adjarian people have much more to show their guests. Food variety was not small but not everything tasted good. Also our room was separated to another one with the door inside, so we could see the light from there, hear the voices and didn’t like that fact.

+: My room was on the 10th floor with a spectacular sea-view. A little balcony outside accommodating a small coffee table and two metal chairs made a pleasant place to sit and smoke and have a drink. Gorgeous views! The room was small, but had all I need for a solo traveller - bathroom, comfy bed, TV, bar fridge to put some water bottles, towels etc. The pool of Era is beautiful! I think one of the nicestbest hotel pools I've ever swam in. The water was crystal clear, long and wide and deep - enough length to do decent laps. Quite a cool temperature for me the water, but very refreshing. In front of the hotel and their restaurant is the beach and boulevard.
-: I was given a key that didn't trigger the electrics, and went back down to the reception where the friendly girl gave me a card. So both a key and a card, hopefully they'll sort this.

+: The view is nice. We liked the location 2 minutes from the beach
-: We had problems with 3 out of 4 rooms that we booked. In the first room, the doors lock wouldn’t work and they didn’t want to give us a key that works until we insisted multiple times. They ended up giving us the service key that opens all the rooms which seems really insecure.Then one of the double rooms was with 2 single beds instead of one double bed and they couldn’t change it. We had to move beds together by ourselves (with a help of one of hotels workers). And the cherry on the pie, the 3rd room had a ceiling leak so they moved our friends to another room which doesn’t have a key. We asked several times for a key first night and the next morning, but they had no explanations, excuses or whatsoever and they were telling us that we can’t have it. The person told us that every room has this problem so they can’t change the room. They finished by giving us a key. The service is really bad as it’s non-existent, the reception person we saw the most is not polite and unfriendly and doesn’t even try to find a solution as she doesn’t seem to care. It’s ridiculously expensive for what it is.
