+: Velmi vstřícný personál, pomohli nám s hledáním půjčovny lyží a vším co jsme potřebovali. Vyšli nám maximálně vstříc stran času příjezdu i odjezdu.Ze sjezdovky lze trochu náročnější cestou dojet přímo k hotelu, ale není to nutné. Hotel ráno i večer zajišťuje shuttel. Případně se dá ze sjezdovky také dojít pěšky, ale je to po hlavní silnici.Jídlo je výborné a v souladu s Gruzínskou pohostinností je ho vždy víc než dost.Až pojedeme příště do Gudauri, určitě sem.
-: Některé koupelny měly trochu problém s větráním, ale nešlo o nic hrozného.

+: Breakfast was generous. Instant coffee is not the best. Bathroom shower was great. Staff was helpful.
-: Dark room - only one overhead bluish light doesn't do the trick. A bedside lamp would be a nice addition to the room - Reading a book in bed is still a thing to do. I asked for one at the reception, but struck out. Mattress was saggy and uncomfortable.

+: Strava byla domácí a skvělá. Vynikající personál hotelu a špičkový úklid. Denně čisté ručníky a ustlaná postel. Čistota v celém hotelu. Asistence při půjčení lyží a při jejich vrácení (super)
-: Postele trochu proležené matrace, ale ještě v normě. Chladný přístup taxikáře jehož služby hotel využívá k odovozu klientů na sjezdovky a zpět.

+: The staff was very friendly and nice. They tried to go an extra mile to create a comfortable experience for us. The breakfast was good as well. Check-in and check-out time was also flexible, which was very nice.
-: Location is probably the weakest point of this hotel. It is far from the ski lifts, you need to have a car or hire one to get from the lifts to the location. However, the price range makes up for this.
