+: Βρίσκεται σε ωραίο σημείο. Δίπλα υπάρχει σουπερμάρκετ, μπαρ, φούρνος, εστιατόρια, καφέ. Όλα με τα πόδια. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο και είχε κουρτίνες σκίασης.

-: Θεωρώ ότι χρειάζεται μια μικρή ανακαίνιση. Ας πούμε ένα καλό βάψιμο στους τοίχους. Το δωμάτιο μας είχε έναν μεγάλο λεκέ στο χαλί.
