+: Breakfast was not my taste, few choices, but the staff in kitchen was nice.

-: It's not a hotel and you better not expect much.1, Recommend not to prepay. I booked 10 nights and left 5 nights early. As communicated, order was changed and the owner agreed to return expense for 5 nights. But now it's been over 2 months, still not refund. This situation is the first time I met as I travelled in many countries. Quite disappointing.2, Services need to be improved quite quite much. If you don't ask, your room would not be cleaned. Bedsheets were not changed. No one at reception desk most of time. Lamps, plugs are broken, if you don't ask, that's your thing. Power might be cut off sometimes. These doesn't bother me a lot but it's basic for an accommodation.Price was higher than some real hotels, while the experience was not satisfying. If you want to avoid these trouble, avoid this place.

-: Dirty in the room and in the hotel itself, the steps are in tatters, there is a smell of sewerage in the room, the shower does not close, the kettle does not work, dust sticks out in clumps from under the disassembled sofa, the walls are somehow stained, gray towels, they clean the room without replacement of pastel linen, not all light bulbs burn in the bath because of this dark.
