+: המיקום היה נהדר אבל ציפינו למלון מפואר יותר לפי חוות הדעת. במלון אין מעלית וצריך לסחוב את המזוודות לבד במעלה הקומות. השרות בדלפק הקבלה היה ענייני ולא נחמד. המלון לא כל כך מפנק כמו בתאורים. ארוחת בוקר הכי עלובה שהיתה לנו בגיאורגיה. מאכזב.

+: Die Lage ist zwar schön, aber auch wahnsinnig touristisch. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut reichhaltig.

-: Das Personal ist so unfreundlich und freudlos, dass einem die Lust auf einen Aufenthalt wirklich vergeht. Sie haben erstens unsere Buchung über Booking nicht gefunden, obwohl bestätigt online. Dann kein Wort zu viel, keine Angabe von sich aus, man muss alles selbst herausfinden. Englisch ist schwierig, wird kaum verstanden, was man ja nicht erwarten muss, aber ein Lächeln wäre ein universell verständliches Zeichen.
