+: This one is the best option for staying in Mestia. Reasonable pricing and the staff is kind and helpful. The restaurant is the best one I tried so far (in Georgia) in 5-star hotels. Spicy dishes should be marked somehow, though. Child-friendly.
-: It's a 5-star hotel, but there was no bellboy at check-in, so I had to use a trolley alone. There was a bellboy at checkout, though. That's weird. I'd like to see a sauna included in the free spa package.

+: 비수기라서 그런지는 몰라도 우쉬굴리 관광 마치고 오후4시경에 복귀히게 됐지만 샤워를 할 수 있도록 레이트 체크아웃을 하라고 먼저 배려해주어서 엄청 감격했습니다.

+: Quiet location, friendly and extremely helpful staff and a fantastic view. They have a free car service to the village. All are very knowledgeable about restaurant as nuts and services in the village.
