+: Easy to communicate . They have arranged for us early check in , so we could rest after long journey . Very friendly staff, they offered us local treats as hospitality matter , also complimentary water was distributed each time we were heading to the elevator. And by the end of the trip complimentary coffee on the reception area was offered! It was such a nice experience , rooms are spacious, clean .

-: That on the second day , housekeeper didn’t even visit our room to make up

+: Konum olarak her yere yakin olmasi. Calisanlar yardim sever ve guler yuzlu. Odalar ve otel temizligi cok iyi. Oda da her sey calisiyordu. Herhangi bir sorun yasamadik. Batum'a gidecek herkese bu oteli oneriyorum. Biz esimle 3 gece konakladik ve cok memnun kaldik. Geceleri de gayet sessiz oluyor. Oda konforu cok iyiydi.

-: Rezervasyonu booking uzerinden yapmistim, check out yaparken odemeyi yaptim diye aklimda kalmis. Otel olarak sorun yok ancak hesaplarimi tekrar kontrol edeceğim. Bunun disinda hiç bir olumsuzluk olmadi.
