-: In diesem Hotel würde von mir Geld geklaut. Ich war fast 4 Stunden in Polizeistation. Ganze Protokolle ist schriftlich bei der Polizei. Also nur kann ich sagen es war katastrophal, am Ende hab ich bloß eine Verzeihung gekriegt. Frühstück ist auch total schlecht.

+: We had a family trip with our big dog, each of us used an own way to reach it. The staff was perfect, explaining every step by phone, even which metro-station need to go to come the hotel. The furnishings are rich and new, room is big with climate-control, spacious balcony. Also was a nice small pull 247, own cold parking, huge gym and chic restaurant right in front of the hotel, just after car-bridge. No extra-charge for dog, fast way to leave the city.
-: Would like to diversify breakfasts, balcony door has to be closed and opened by lock.

+: Only the Room was big and clean
-: The location is far from the centre. The staff wasn't helpful, I asked the receptionist a milk sachet to make a cup of coffee and he refused to give it to me or even a little milk and his reason that he has no access to the kitchen and of course this was a joke can't be a true then I asked him to bring it from the Bar next to the Reception as I saw a coffee machine there but he refused it too.
