+: The staff was very friendly and nice, they all made our staying there very comfortable and we felt like home :) There was a special room for skiis and there was a free of charge bus transfer to ski lift. It all was very comfortable. The sauna was good - very hot, all that we needed :)

-: Below average hotel , room is insufficient heating after noon. No vegetables in breakfast No ski in ski out.. Sauna is extra charge. Rooms are not noise insulated you hear if anyone open the water nearby.

+: Location is excellent near from market and restaurants , staff are amazing and so polite Even food in restaurant was fresh Staff are so friendly helped us to go to new Gudauri and recommended us a driver was so good too

+: ski lift was near the hotel in 300 metres and marketd and restaurants were in 100 metred and staff was good
-: Pillows and mattress was not as good as it could have been and we were 2 people and there was only one cup and on balcony there was no chair or something to dit down
